Every entrepreneur needs to know how to negotiate a great term sheet. During this workshop, serial entrepreneurs and angel investors will demystify this complex document in order to help you become a more competent founder. Participants will learn common terminology and concepts, understand the implications of terms on future decisions and outcomes (e.g. liquidity events), explore approaches to types of term sheets, and how to execute a fair deal and ensure healthy returns for all parties involved.
