The bootcamp is open to all — students, startup employees, and aspiring/current startup founders. Divided into 8 segments over 90 days, the Bootcamp will train you in how to approach the perenial problems of a building startup. Each segment will open with an intro session from a local startup leader such as Lucinda Duncalfe(Monetate) and Phil Moyer (Safeguard Scientific). They will hit high-level concepts and present a framework for executing. Individuals/teams will then use the time allotted to implement the framework provided with their own startup or idea. Each team/individual will submit a deck and have an opportunity to get feedback.
The bootcamp is for the community by the community. It costs $100 upfront, but if completed, you get your money back. If you don't complete it, your money goes to PSLU Fund for building more startup events and programming here in Philadelphia. So...come motivated and its free!!
